We made it over (17 hour+ flight) to Accra, Ghana in Western Africa! Donna & Addi greeted us at the airport with this sign. Devon and Dylan greeted us at their house and this pic is when we were unpacking the car! It was very humid when we landed at 6:30am Thursday. We hit the road from there...got unpacked and then packed for our road trip (leaving the next day to drive north and safari!). Then we went and walked around town, ate gelato, visited with the very friendly local people and took a swim at the US Embassy swimming pool (Paul works there)! Had a nice dinner and off to bed early for a 5am wakeup and into the car for our drive north!
